- Yield / factor / price per square meter No specifications, as dependent on individual property condition
Vacation properties
- Only first row to the water or A-location on the coast
- Property type: plots (with and without building rights) for hotel, vacation or residential use, vacant properties for renovation, demolition or rezoning, properties with structural optimization potential.
- Volume: from approx. 2,000 m² of saleable space (development potential; stock may be smaller)
- Yield / factor / price per square meter: No specifications, as dependent on individual property condition.
Commercial real estate
