VENTIS Construction GmbH is based in the heart of Germany and was founded in 2005 by Klaus Prokop (current CEO of VENTIS) as allobjekt Denkmalsanierungen GmbH in Weimar. As a general contractor, it has renovated well over 250 old buildings and listed properties and has since realized numerous new buildings for the VENTIS Group. Today, as a subsidiary of VENTIS Holding AG, it is an indispensable partner in the process of real estate development and realization and manages almost all current projects in Berlin, on the Baltic Sea and in central Germany.

Philosophy
The location is no coincidence
VENTIS Construction GmbH comes from Weimar. And has been from the very beginning. We were founded in 2005 as allobjekt Denkmalsanierungen GmbH. As a general contractor, we renovated old buildings, listed properties and constructed new buildings. Today we develop residential and commercial real estate, whether in old or new buildings, since 2024 under the name VENTIS Construction GmbH and as a subsidiary of VENTIS Holding AG.
Weimar branch
Modern ambience behind historic walls. With great attention to detail and aesthetic flair, we have created an extraordinary place to work. The building, which we completely renovated in 2018, has always been the headquarters of VENTIS Construction GmbH. With the expansion of the impressive vaulted cellar, we have now been able to expand in order to offer our growing team a very special working atmosphere.

CONSULTING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Our team accompanies your construction project from the very beginning. We will help you find the right property, work with you to develop viable concepts and, of course, ensure that your ideas become a profitable investment. With us, you have a trustworthy partner at your side from day one.
PROJECT CONTROL / PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management includes contract design, negotiation and monitoring of contracts, support and coordination of approval planning and implementation planning, also as an interface between planners and specialist planners. Our tasks also include cost planning and advice on technologies and materials, particularly with regard to the planned budget.
INVITATION TO TENDER / AWARD OF CONTRACT
We handle the tendering and awarding of construction services. Close coordination with our clients is particularly important to us. After all, working in partnership with our clients is the be-all and end-all for a successful construction project. The wishes and trust of our clients are always our top priority.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT / CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
As project managers, traditional construction management is part of our core business. We coordinate the construction processes, monitor deadlines and schedules, monitor quality and costs and check and approve invoices. We regulate any security retentions and monitor the rectification of defects until the property is handed over to the client.
COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
A successful construction project cannot function without administrative work, just as good project management cannot function without professional data management and responsible property documentation. This is also our business. We organize the necessary documents such as as-built plans, inspection and maintenance documents, etc., and carry out and document the necessary approvals with authorities and specialist organizations (e.g. DEKRA, TÜV, etc.). In addition, we record all relevant correspondence in electronic form.
DATE PROJECTS
We also realize special construction projects in exceptional construction times. Our team has the know-how to redesign used apartments and commercial premises in the shortest possible time, from gutting to lighting concepts and bookshelves. We create individual solutions for special requirements with absolute adherence to deadlines.
