Erfurt Roter Berg - Zoopark Center opens

The new "Zoopark Center" at Julius-Leber-Ring 5a in Erfurt was completed on schedule and opened on November 20, 2025. On a site area of 21,829 m², 10,925 m² of modern commercial space with a total of 15 units was created. Visitors have 243 parking spaces at their disposal, 86 of which are in the underground garage and 157 in the outdoor area.

Construction began on 15 April 2024 and was successfully completed within around 19 months. With its comprehensive range of services, the Zoopark Center strengthens the infrastructure of the Roter Berg district and creates clear added value for the neighborhood.
