PRIMUS AG becomes VENTIS AG

PRIMUS Holding AG (formerly PRIMUS Immobilien AG), a Berlin-based project developer and builder with a focus on ESG-compliant residential and vacation properties as well as commercial real estate, is pleased to announce a significant change today.

As part of a carve-out, the new PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of PRIMUS Holding AG, will operate independently in future under the management of Sebastian Fischer and David Neuhoff.

As a result, PRIMUS Holding AG will become VENTIS Holding AG, which will continue to be managed by Klaus Prokop, Franz-Josef Marxen and Kerstin Kage.

The expertise built up over 30 years with the in-house construction company will be bundled in the VENTIS Group and will therefore continue to be a strong brand for high-quality real estate in the future.

VENTIS is divided into various divisions, like the former PRIMUS Holding AG. PRIMUS Holding AG's project developments in the premium segment on the Baltic Sea have already been taking place under VENTIS for many years. As a result of the change of name, the areas of activity will in future be united under the VENTIS brand and also expanded to include retail parks.

The company will continue to focus on its proven principles of quality, sustainability and customer satisfaction.
