Work is progressing according to plan in the Quartier am Yachthafen in Neustadt : another milestone has now been reached with the start of demolition work.
In recent weeks, the existing building on the Am Holm 25 site has been gutted. The visible demolition work has recently begun. This lays the foundation for the second construction phase of our project, which is being built at this unique location on the harbor.
In the coming years, the new ensemble will combine modern architecture, efficient floor plans and high-quality materials with the special location directly on the waterfront. A total of 102 residential units and generous parking spaces will be built here. In addition to traditional living space, vacation apartments are also planned, which are of particular interest both for the tourist development of the region and for capital investors.

Next steps
Now that the demolition work has been completed, further preparatory construction measures will follow. The building permits granted for the two construction phases ensure that the project can proceed. This marks the official start of construction.
