The construction site at Düsseldorfer Straße 68B is a place of visible change: the dry construction work is 90% complete, the façade and roof are both 98% complete, and the HVAC, electrical and screed work is also well advanced. The interior work is progressing rapidly and the first painting work has already begun.

A total of 32 high-quality residential units and 14 underground parking spaces are being built. Demand is high - but individual units are currently still available, including selected micro and penthouse apartments.

The project impresses with its well thought-out architecture, urban flair and green neighborhood. The sunny courtyard area is already taking shape - with raised beds, quiet zones and direct access from the gardens of the first floor apartments.
