The HIGH FIVE project at Hochufer 5 in Sellin continues to take shape - and with great strides. The construction work is in its final phase: all 16 apartments are fully furnished and equipped with high-quality accessories - from curtains and towel rails to complete kitchen furnishings. The rough installation of the HVAC and electrical trades is also 97% complete, the roof is fully covered and the elevator is ready for operation.

The terraces on the first floor have already been completed and the upper ones will follow shortly. Planting of the outdoor areas is planned for mid-September - an important step as the first residents are about to move in.

The delivery of the natural stone for the staircase remains a key issue. This is relevant under building law as it represents the first escape route. Delivery has been announced for the beginning of September - without it, the building cannot be used.

There is also a lot going on in sales: interest in the penthouse is growing as construction progresses. Further units are currently undergoing financing checks.

At the same time, the marketing measures are running at full speed: new pictures and videos of the construction progress have been published and have met with consistently positive feedback from interested parties and customers.
