Work on the high bank in Sellin is progressing rapidly and many trades are nearing completion.

The windows are already 100% installed, meaning that the building is now completely closed. The roofer is also close to completion at 95%. The carpenters have completed around 75% of their work, while the drywall construction is well on schedule at 80%.

In the area of technical building equipment, 75% of the preliminary installations for heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical systems have already been completed - with the exception of some areas in the penthouse and basement. The elevator construction is nearing 90% completion.
Progress is also being made on the interior work: the interior plastering is almost complete (95%) and 75% of the screed has already been laid. The façade work with the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is currently at 65%. Steel construction is developing particularly dynamically and has been in full swing at 40% since week 36.
