Construction work on the Kurhaus Sellin is progressing according to plan and there is exciting news from the various building sections:

• Component 3:
  The façade work has been completed and the high-quality parquet flooring has already been laid on the first floor. The doors have also been fitted and the saunas installed in all areas. Another milestone is the arrival of the first furniture for the first floor, which will be installed from 02.12.2024.

• Component 1:
  The façade work is also well advanced here. However, there is currently still scaffolding in place, which will soon be removed.

• Am Hochufer:
  Work has begun on the facades, while the first screed has already been laid in basement 1 and on the first floor.
