Construction site update Kurhaus Sellin June 2024

House Seebrücke:
The windows have been successfully installed and the interior work has begun. We are currently building a fully furnished show apartment that will give you and future buyers the feeling of a home by the sea. 

Haus am Hochufer:
Work on the top floor is progressing according to plan and is nearing completion of the shell and roof extension. Most of the windows have already been installed and the interior work on the lower floors has begun.

Chalet:
The interior fittings are taking shape. The final interior walls are being put up and plastered, while the pipes for the sanitary facilities are being laid. Preparatory work for the underfloor heating is already taking place in the first apartments.
Parts of the façade are already showing off their unusual wooden finish.
