The new REWE store with around 2,000 square meters of retail space opened its doors on 22 May 2019. Since then, customers have benefited from a contemporary shopping experience in a modern full-range store. Large windows at the front and numerous skylights create a bright, friendly atmosphere and also support energy-efficient construction.

The project was realized by VENTIS Commercial AG. In terms of sustainability, the store was built as a so-called REWE Green Building - equipped with a heat pump and environmentally friendly, recyclable materials to meet the requirements of DGNB certification. A ROSSMANN store also opened at the same time. Another specialist store followed in 2021. 160 car parking spaces are available on the site. The development of the site through the commitment of VENTIS Commercial AG has made a significant contribution to the urban development of the surrounding area.
