2026 – The year of returning to true substance

The year 2026 feels different from recent years. The period of great uncertainty is coming to an end—a kind of normalization is setting in. After all the volatility in interest rates and construction costs, one thing above all else is evident in our discussions: the desire for stability is back. Buyers and investors are once again placing their trust in the foundations on which they can plan.
