Since 2022, the existing buildings of the local shopping center have been extensively modernized. As part of the refurbishment, the interiors were given new electrical installations, fresh paintwork and, in some cases, modified floor plans. The work was completed in July 2022 - just in time for the new tenants to start fitting out their individual spaces.

A DHL delivery point was set up for the operation of municipal postal services. E-charging points for DHL's environmentally friendly street scooters were also installed. A fitness studio from the expanding "Fit Plus Clubs" chain also moved into one of the modernized units. The company already operates around 200 locations across Europe. The local shopping center with a total rental area of over 4,000 square meters is also home to well-known chain stores such as Woolworth, Takko and TEDi. Following the successful completion of the revitalization, the first tenants opened in 2022. In October of the same year, the retail park was sold to FCR Immobilien AG.
