VENTIS Immobilien AG’s “The Shoreline” project in Sellin is facing an unprecedented damage scenario. The cause is widespread workmanship issues on the part of the contracted company Arne Engelbrecht Heating, Ventilation, and Plumbing.

The extent of the damage is no longer limited to the wellness area. Numerous apartments that have already been completed are showing signs of severe water damage. Moisture is seeping through the ceilings, walls are soaked, and expensive flooring is being irrevocably destroyed by water that continues to leak unchecked. This widespread destruction is the direct result of grossly substandard construction work. Blatant defects—such as faulty pipe connections, leaky piping systems, and consistently unprofessional installation of the entire heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems by the technicians from Arne Engelbrecht—are systematically evident throughout the building.
